Digital key

Digital key

The digital key function lets you start the car through the Zeekr app on your phone. The owner can also share the car with others by inviting them through the Zeekr app. Any recipient of an invite to share the car must also have a Zeekr account.
The car can be locked/unlocked through the Zeekr app. After creating a digital key, the user can also start the car. The car can be locked/unlocked over both mobile data and Bluetooth. Bluetooth is quicker and can also be used to start the car. You must be logged in to your Zeekr account to lock/unlock or start the car through the app.
Note: Some phones disable Bluetooth when battery is low. Ensure your phone has enough battery to use Bluetooth when setting up or using digital key over Bluetooth.
Do not leave a paired phone in the car when leaving the car. If you must leave a paired phone, make sure to either turn it off or disable Bluetooth and lock the phone.
When using digital key over Bluetooth, make sure the Bluetooth symbol Graphicis visible and black on the Zeekr app homepage. If it is greyed out, press the symbol Graphicto reconnect Bluetooth.
Note: Other wireless connections can interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
Note: The first time the car is unlocked with a new digital key, it could take a little longer for unlocking to finish. Pay attention to any prompts on the phone.
Digital keys only work on phones approved by Zeekr. For a list of approved phones:

Ultra wideband digital key
Certain phones can use ultra wideband digital keys. Ultra wideband is even more accurate for measuring distance, which makes it possible to use functions like approach unlock and walk-away lock with these digital keys.
Unlike other digital keys that are used through the Zeekr app, ultra wideband digital keys are used through the phone's wallet app, such as Apple Wallet. They are still created through the Zeekr app.
Note: Ultra wideband digital keys are currently restricted to iPhone models with ultra wideband capabilities. Confirm with your device manufacturer if your phone supports ultra wideband.
