Safety mode

Warning
•  The car must be inspected and/or repaired by a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner after any collision or activation of the safety mode. Transport the car to a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner using a flatbed truck or trailer. Do not drive or tow the car. Doing so could lead to serious injury or death.
•  Do not attempt to start or repair the car by yourself after the safety system has been triggered. Doing so could lead to serious injury or death.
Safety mode is triggered when the airbags or the seat belt retractor/pre-tensioner have been activated, indicating a collision. The hazard warning lights will turn on, the doors will be unlocked automatically, and the high voltage power will be turned off. Leave the car and move to a safe location and call the local emergency provider for assistance. If it is necessary to restore power to the car after safety mode has been triggered, call a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner for assistance.
If the car enters Safety mode:
1.
Leave the car.
2.
Move to a safe location.
3.
Call the local emergency provider for assistance.
4.
Make sure the car is inspected and restored to working order by an authorized workshop.
Note: If it is necessary to restore power to the car after safety mode has been triggered, call a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner for assistance.
