The car must be inspected and/or repaired by a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner after any collision or activation of the safety mode. Transport the car to a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner using a flatbed truck or trailer. Do not drive or tow the car. Doing so could lead to serious injury or death. |

Do not attempt to start or repair the car by yourself after the safety system has been triggered. Doing so could lead to serious injury or death. |

Safety mode is triggered when the airbags or the seat belt retractor/pre-tensioner have been activated, indicating a collision. The hazard warning lights will turn on, the doors will be unlocked automatically, and the high voltage power will be turned off. Leave the car and move to a safe location and call the local emergency provider for assistance. If it is necessary to restore power to the car after safety mode has been triggered, call a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner for assistance.
If the car enters Safety mode:

Make sure the car is inspected and restored to working order by an authorized workshop.
