Basic troubleshooting

If a fault occurs with the car, a warning symbol appears on the driver display and a warning message appears on the driver display and/or the center display. In some cases, there might appear to be a fault with the car, even though there is no warning symbol or message. For example, external factors such as heavy fog or snow might negatively impact the radar sensors, which in turn affects the camera and radar functionality.
To see if the fault can be rectified by you, or requires additional help:
1.
Check if there are any warning symbols or messages on the driver display or the center display.
If there are, see Symbols and messages and perform the appropriate action.
If there are not, go to step 2.
2.
Check if there are flat tires, if the battery is low, or if the car has lost network connection. Perform the appropriate measure to resolve the specific problem. A poor network connection could be caused by local interference. For more information on network connectivity, see Connection menu.
3.
More advanced troubleshooting requires a professional. Contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner for additional assistance.
Note: Make sure to stop the car in a safe location before performing any troubleshooting.
