Charge the car
Before charging the car make sure to:
| • | Use a compatible charging station. |
| • | Be aware of any specific instructions on the chosen charging station. |
| • | Not handle the charging components with wet hands or standing in water. |
| • | Not use any adapters, extension cables, or multiple ports of any kind. |
To charge the car:

Put the car in P.

Open the charging hatch close to the left wheelhouse by pressing the rear part of the charging hatch.
Note: The charging hatch can only be opened when the car is unlocked.

For AC charging: remove the protective cover from the upper part of the charging port. For DC charging: remove both protective covers from the charging port.
For DC charging: remove both protective covers from the charging port.

Insert the charging cable into the car's charging port. You will hear a sound from the locking device in the charging port.

Verify that the charging cable is connected properly: the charging view will be displayed in the center display and the driver display when the charging cable is connected and the LED by the car's charging port will flash green, indicating charging is in progress.
The front lights of the car display a two-minute exterior light show to indicate the start of charging. This feature can be turned off, see Charging in the center display.

To stop charging the car:

Since the charging cable is locked to the car during ongoing charging, make sure charging is not in progress.
Stop an ongoing charging in one of the following ways:

Pull out the charging cable from the car's charging port.
|
| 3. |
Put the protective cover(s) back into the car's charging port.
|
| 4. |
Close the charging hatch by pressing the Zeekr logo near the charging port.

| 5. |
If using the car's charging cable, remove it from the charging station.
|
| 6. |
Return the charging cable to its original position.

Manually release the charging cable
If the charging cable does not release from the car's charging port, you can release the charging cable manually.

Make sure the car is not charging.

| 2. |
Open the tailgate.
|
| 3. |
Remove the hatch from the left side panel, either with a flat tool or your fingers.

| 4. |
Pull the loop.
|
| 5. |
Remove the charging cable from the charging port.
|
| 6. |
Close the charging hatch.
|
| 7. |
Put the side panel hatch back.
